Tips To Maintain A Healthy Body Image

  1. Pick realistic role models.
  2. Focus on aspects of yourself that you like.

  6. Maintain a balanced diet and try to exercise a few times a week.
  7. Find friends who are comfortable with who you are.
  8. Maintain a schedule of activities that you like and stick to it!
  9. Be who you want to be for you – Not for others.
  10. Dress in a way that makes you feel comfortable.
  11. If you feel pressured or challenged to change yourself – talk to someone.
