IE Toolbar Restrictions
To create restriction on the ability to edit the toolbar
Start Regedit
Go to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
Create a DWORD key of SpecifyDefaultButtons and give it a value
of 1
To remove a button from the toolbar, create additional DWORD keys
with a value noted below
